His experience covers 10 years in management engineering positions with the US Army Corps of Engineers, 14 years as project manager of consulting organizations, 13 years as an official of the Saudi government, and 10 years as independent consultant for project administration and financing. His professional career includes residence and travel to several countries around the world, including Afghanistan, China, Colombia, Egypt, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Madagascar, Namibia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA, and Venezuela. His background covers agricultural, aviation, commercial, governmental, hospitality, housing, industrial, infrastructure, medical, military, and urban developments projects.
